Level XX mann drink

+ Builds up a "Mannly" meter for every kill done. after 5 kills without dieing, you can drink!
While drunk / mannly :

+ Gain 5 Health for every 5 damage delt! Being drunk is amazing!
+ Mini-Crits!
+ Go fast, go MANNLY! 25% Speed boost

- Buff only applies to you and any nearby demomen.
- 25% Less accurate primary ( Being drunk on the battlefield ain't no way to be, son. )
- 15% Slower reload
- 15% Faster reload for nearby demomen ( Having a broken liver is helpful )
- HANGOVER! Be leeched of 10 HP every 1 second for 10 seconds. If damaged enough, can make you have a heart attack ( A.K.A Slowly die )

Lasts for 20 seconds. ( Enough time to kill some filthy maggots and get to your local medic )

+5% Damage resistance for every nearby demoman ( Can stack up to 25% Damage resistance )

After 6 drinks, you get a broken liver! You will take Mini-Crits for all damage recieved, but you will not have an accuracy debuff or a reload debuff. You will only take 5 damage per second in Hangover. NOTE :, Mini-Crits and demo-damage-resistance will still happen even when the Mannly meter isn't active.

Here's some good stats

Player regenerates 5% of their primary ammo back every 3 seconds

+25% Maximum primary ammo on wearer

Banner +20% area of effect radius boost (Hidden)
Banner lasts 4 seconds longer (Hidden)
Banner gives teammates +30% Maximum primary and secondary ammo
Banner give you an extra +25% Maximum primary ammo (adding up to +50%)

-40% Maximum primary ammo on wearer
Wearer has a 20% chance to use extra ammo on a shot

Here's my suggestion:
-Johnny's Walking Stash of Beer
Slot: Secondary
(o)Requires 600 damage to fill up 'Beer' bar. Can be drinke when 'Beer' bar is full.
(o)On drink: you deal full crits, but you're projectiles have +5 random projectile deviation and you move 15% slower. This happens for 9 seconds.
(+)On drink: recover 50% HP
(-)After effect ends: Become drunk for 5 seconds

+25% Movement speed.

Requires 750 to fill up RAGE! meter.
On RAGE! Activation: Soldier drinks the bottle.

During RAGE!, User and surrounding teammates have +20% Attack speed, +20% Reload speed and +20% Movement speed.

-Recharge Time is 20 Secs
-Max Health is Decreased by 5%

Essentially serves as a mini sandvich for soldier

Pros:
-Primary fire: Drink, healing you 25% of your max health. (Recharges after 12 seconds)
-Alt-Fire: Throws a beer acting as a small health pack

Cons:
-75% movement speed while drinking
-Cannot jump while drinking.

ability:
take a sip of beer causing the player to move 50% faster and deal 50% more damage

cons:
while on edge, you cant use your primary.
-25 max health

yes i want this in game legit
Pros:+you have 3 seaps (but can takes only 2 times)
On seap:+20% reload,firing speed and +2 degrees random projectile deviation on 6 seconds
(Hidden stat:+20% faster deploy)

=On death: after respawn you have only one seap

Cons:-14 seconds recharge for one seap
(hidden stat: you cannot detain effect like banner )
