Hi there my apologies but i cant seem to find the right mod , im looking for the Weapon mod or Abilitymod not sure which by Musashi that adds the Abillities VOID STRIKE or HARBOR WAVE , could someone please point in the right direction? thank you :)

void strike is basicially an upgraded fleche with an added armour ignore ?

Well yeah and it teleports you which means it doesn’t trigger overwatch.
