Опис
=======What does this do?=======
This mod unlocks all minister types for all countries, so you don't have to worry about the same three ministers for your minor country!
Some countries have different level ministers, so you might end with two ministers of the same type.

Works with any mod that doesn't modify the zzz_generic.txt file.
Should work with any mod now (it is hoped at least, since it no longer uses the zzz_generic.txt file).

I've decided to keep the portrait thingy for later, instead I put placeholder portraits so you guys don't get held back in playing with this mod because of my tastes. I shall update the portraits with time.

Not long really, it's technically completed, I'm just working on the portraits for the ideas so it doesn't feel TOO bland (like 7 ministers with same portrait).
Since there's 5 cultures (western european, eastern european and commonwealth are shared so they count as one), it's just a question of me not being lazy and getting the portraits over with and the mod will be updated.
(I've also made unique traits based on the ones from the game and applied them to the ministers in a file outside of the zzz_generic file, so the mod would now be able to virtually work with any mod).
