Millenium Dawn: Netherlands Fix Submod

Açıklama
A small fix for the Millenium Dawn Modern Day mod that gives most parties their own name and leader - at least in 2016 - and adds national spirits to represent the Dutch monarchs from the mod's time period.. Also reverses the most recent change that made Mark Rutte a social-democrat for some reason. Slowly growing into a complete overhaul for the Netherlands because that is what I'm doing with my life.

Sorry, I'm 110% focussed on my total conversion mod at the moment. On the bright side, I should be able to release a pre-alpha of that somewhere this week!
