Dont work, missing assets :(

Ok, so when i try the "subscribe all" in the content manager it says that the following assets are missing: 836161157; 509084770.

Gets stuck at loadscreen, about 80 %. Any idea why? I have subscribed to your asset collection. First time im downloading a saved file, so might just be me not doing it correctly. Thanks.
