LOD Issue (GFX Settings Opponents Medium) fixed

Credits:
ISI and Studio 397 for rFactor2, many thanks to Fergy1010 for endless testing laps, Senormen for testing, a lot of new files for lod`s, 3D splits and much more...ISR Corti for testing and file editing tasks, StrawmanAndy for lot of tips/hints (debris, tire, turbo and motec shader), JuergenBY jr. for some new 3D parts, Marc for the window rain shader upgrades, Nibiru for the working wiper, many thanks mate!

Manual Installation: Uninstall all previous versions of this mod. Copy the rfcmp file to your package folder and install the mod with your Mod Manager or through the rF2 Launcher.

@Chelete: Pls provide more Information: CPU, GPU, RAM, wich rF2 Version, wich Track. Logfile from the Crash. For me the Mod is working. Latest tested with Silverstone 2016.

Hi Juergen, in VR I use opponents' detail "medium" and the back fender disappears at around 100m distance, popping back visible after a bit. So, LOD needs a bit of a tweak.
It's a great mod!

Idle sound is a bit strange and the hands on the wheel could be better positionned.
Other than that, it's perfect.

@Sim7b: can you provide more information? How many player, wich rF2 version, wich track, log files. I just drove with that mod a couple of laps on Silverstone (s397), 15 opponents, display setting for player and opponent to low. No crash, nothing. I`m using rF2 version 3486330573, latest stabil (opt out from any beta).
