Описание
Ellipse Resort Tower by Keith3201.
This building has 2684 tris. It uses 2k diffuse, specular, normal, alpha, and illumination textures. It is 616 feet tall with 50 floors. It is an entirely unique building and is not based on anything else. This is my first ever game asset. It was very difficult to make and took many hours for me.Update: The alpha map issue was fixed and the model now includes an lod version. I am still waiting to see if the update happened everywhere.

Building can be found in Unique Buildings -> Tourism & Leisure.
A harbor is required for placement.

don't be so critical on yourself. It's fine to accept any shortcoming from being your first asset, but it's amazing at night and I understand your own design? good stuff. 8)

ah yeah, sounds fair tbh, really hoping you would remake this beautiful asset. I just love the shape, the height, the white line stuff inside basiclly just everything, and this is incredible for a first asset.

I think it actually needs to be redone entirely. Being my first asset, I barely understood what I was doing, so the optimization was awful and the quality was meh. An example of what when wrong Sp3ctre18 actually brought up before. If I remake this I won't have it linked to any dlc.

Sp3ctre18 my stuff commonly has concrete accents like that. I have 3 concrete textures that I use frequently that are all bright-ish white. They look a whole lot better in blender so I don't think about it much. But yeah you're right I should lower the brightness when making assets for this game. Things I make in the future will change.

I changed it to a light blue-gray with PO and it looks awesome I think, and better matches the nighttime appearance. :)

I was talking about the bright white borders, actually, but now that I got to check it in game, I see the other picture is the night shot. Now I get it, lol.

This thing is breathtakingly amazing at night! One of the nicest buildings I've seen I think! :steamhappy: Absolutely love the curve; it's actually very close to the curve on a building I came up with in a dream recently.

But the near-impossibly bright white borders ruin it a bit and make it look like a completely different building in the daytime. Even at night, the place with the trees looks like it would literally blind anyone there. Im not sure why a lot of newer building creators seem to do this. We all see the same brightness, right? XD Seems you're still using it in your newer buildings, so please consider toning it down to an off-white / gray unless it's definitely meant to be a fancy-architectural project kind of bright white material. The main building edges and the beams along windows could be different colors too.

The preview picture is an outdated version. The one with white lights is what it is now.
