Another update

Colonies are for the most part finished, stuff that is left is mostly cosmetic and making sure the French, Spanish, Dutch, and Belgian focus trees / events work correctly after the addition of ~75 colonies

New update with first pass of resource distribution rework according to production data, more colonies (French colonies, Belgian colonies, Spanish colonies), adjusted events (Vichy France, Belgian exiled government), and Americas rework is being worked on. Update will be released once African colonies are finished (i.e. more British colonies and Italian East Africa event)
