UK Terrace #1 Corner Shop RICO

Description
This is a low residential UK terraced corner shop based on a common UK terrace style found in many inner city, working class areas.

The model is based on my previously realised terraced houses and requires no additional prop assets.

I recommend using these with the excellent ’Building Themes’ Mod by BloodyPenguin.

This is designed to be used with my
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 1 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 2 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 3 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 4 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 5 Pack’.

I originally intended for this asset to grow in zoned commercial but it soon became obvious that there were too many corner shops appearing. As a RICO ploppable asset (or Unique Building) a more realistic spread of shops can service your terraced estates. It behaves as a level 1 low density commercial asset.

The plot depth is 3x3 (including garden) and acts as a corner terrace.

Geometry

Model: 1939 tris
LOD: 192 tris
Model texture: 1024 x 1024
LOD texture: 128 x 128

This is bigger than the other assets but it does contain 4 houses and a shop!

Each asset has textures and LODs with normals, specular and illumination maps.

I have other additions to this Terraced #1 series that I will publish soon.

For some reason when i use this building (with rico mod enabled) it is the only item visible in the "landmarks" tab, before the update it worked fine.
I am not sure if something is wrong with rico instead since when i remove this asset all works fine.
it looked quite nice with the rest of the uk houses :(
