Forked Windmill v1.2 by Master&puppet

This is a 4-way intersection adapted from the Cloverleaf and Windmill designs.

Like the Windmill it avoids congestion by departing traffic before arriving but unlike the Windmill it also allows traffic to do a 180 and return in the opposite direction via various joining slip roads.

Use of highways has been maximised to increase speed & volume whilst decreasing congestion at forks. Highways are walled against noise pollution.
