*The original author of the Blastcore mod is Opticalsnare. He didn't update Blastcore more than a year. I could not find information about Blastcore license, I tried and could not contact Opticalsnare via Bohemia Interactive forum to ask for permission to modify it. Opticalsnare, if you read this and you don't like what I have done, please contact me via Steam and mod will be removed from Steam Workshop.

Blastcore is one of the best mods ever made for Arma series and it is a big loss for a lot of Arma players. Hope Opticalsnare return to continue his work on Blastcore mod series.

This version is standalone. You should not run Blastcore Edited (standalone) together with Blastcore Edited (a fix version). You don't need any other mods to run.

Set particles quality on High.

Dependencies: none

This mod is based on Blastcore: Phoenix with edits taken from Blastcore: Phoenix 2 and Arma 3 vanilla effects. This version fixes a lot of errors caused by Arma 3 updates and changes some of the effects. I have put a lot of work in it (more than a year), but not as much as Opticalsnare, of course.

You download this mod AS IS. Some effects may be broken or don't work at all. Test it on vanilla only. Effects may be broken with RHS mods or any other mods that uses custom or edited effects. Feel free to contact me if you find errors.

@Paladin Me and a friend are running a server with this mod amongst a plethora of the usuals, and we're just having a bitch of a time getting shot through smoke. What method exactly do we go about getting that fixed? Not sure if we should all be using the Vanilla Smoke or if the server runner needs to have Server Side Smoke while we use Vanilla. Thanks. P.S. We're sure the enemy can't be spotting us from a different angle and relaying the information as per AI interaction, since our own smokes thrown on top of us do virtually nothing. Thanks

Yes, probably Blastcore Edited rewrite changes of BWmod. So if you change order, BWmod will overwrite changes of Blastcore Edited. It depends on which one is the first on mod line order.

Using BWMod and their signal flare gun P2 I figured out using Blastcore the flare light is kinda not visible anymore. Any idea on this?

@livedeath, the original author of the Blastcore mod is Opticalsnare. That is why I cannot upload it on GitHub. Sorry. But If you want you, you may take it and fix or change smth, since I no more active Arma 3 player and don't have motivation and time to work on this mod.

Oh f*ck... the author of this mod left the Arma3 and now no one knows how to fix bugs in this mod(
