@solidsnake i may change them to level 3 instead of level 4, but if you have the RICO mod, which I assume you do since you are using this asset :-) you can downgrade the level yourself by using the settings on the RICO mod.

very nice home, but all your riverside homes keep complaining about low land value when i place them, i cna literally surround them with parks, emergency services, schools, public transport, and have the budget set to max an dthey still complain about low land value
