@Author, If you don't mind, I'll remake this asset and upload it without the DLC prop

Actualy Probs form DLCs should not stop the Asset from working (and i cant recall using one from an dlc) - the probs should just grey out - so owning any DLC is not requiert.

@Gamesaucer: Yeah i added some probs to it that came with the game, i ll take a look at that over the coming days - DLC requierment is not intendet from my side.

This requires a seemingly default asset called "Rustic_Table" which is not in my game. Is it from a DLC? Please consider replacing it with something non DLC-dependent, or specifying that this building requires DLC.

A bug here? This building stop upgrading and stay at lv2.

@Miza-Rin: Thanks for the comment :) There is a more common version with less balconies and seperated lobbies, hallways - witch ends up in a more pratical room layout. In this Version you end up with a rather small two room apartment on the Groundlevel.

Some of the Reference i used:

Shouldn't the entrance be separate from the balconies? The way it is now, it seems someone's flat was put out to make room for the lobby! 'tis a cute block though.
