Traffic Manager: President Edition
helps you manage your city's traffic. This mod allows you to
  • toggle traffic lights at junctions,
  • add yield and stop signs to junctions,
  • define timed traffic lights that can adapt their behavior depending on live traffic measurements,
  • modify speed limits,
  • define vehicle restrictions (e.g. disallow vehicles on certain roads),
  • define junction restrictions (e.g. disallow pedestrians to cross the street),
  • define parking restrictions (e.g. prohibit cars from parking road-side),
  • change lane arrows and connect individual lanes with each other,
  • clear traffic and
  • toggle despawn on/off
It additionally includes
  • its own Advanced Vehicle AI that modifies the way your cims choose their lanes,
  • modified lane splitting/merging rules on highways (read the manual!),
  • a Parking AI which disallows "pocket cars" and improves the simulation regarding parking space usage, and
  • Dynamic Lane Selection (DLS), a lane selection algorithm that allows cims to switch to alternative lanes while en-route

This mod is based on the original Traffic Manager Mod by cbethax and Traffic Manager Plus by seiggy. If you have subscribed to another Traffic Manager mod, please first deactivate it in your Content Manager (in-game) before trying this one out.

  • Bugfix: Due to a multi-threading issue junction restrictions may cause the game state to become inconsistent
  • Bugfix: Routing rules prevents vehicles from spawning when starting building lies too close to an intersection/road end
  • Bugfix: Disabling tutorial message has no effect
  • Bugfix: "Stay on lane" feature does not work as intended for certain nodes

Apparently the old bug that prevents every kind of service vehicle from spawning, which was also known in previous and now discontinued traffic managers, has returned. One day everything was working fine, I saved the game, and the next day that very same savegame was no longer spawning any kind of service vehicle.

I found this when using this on my 200+k city as it removes all of the lane priorities and trafficlights you already have. You do have to rework your traffic flow and priorities if you are using this mod on an established city

It's absolutely possible. What you're describing is the effect of inability to use this mod properly.

I suggest you dive deep into the mod's manual (available as a link in the description), especially the section about AI, DLS and Parking AI. The entire pathfinding is redesigned so you can't just build roads "vanilla style". This mod opens up so many possibilities for traffic control, but you have to know how to use all it's features properly to really benefit from it.

P.S. I have plenty of 6 lane one-ways with as close to even utilization of lanes as possible. I use freeways extremely rarely bacause of how good I can make the traffic flow using plain streets.

This mod would've been perfect, but one thing ruins it for me, being the "advanced AI" that causes traffic jams, lol. It's impossible to have an effective freeway in the game with this mod in this game unless it is rural, because all merging traffic shoots across all the lanes to the left lane, as an apparent "travel lane", causing traffic to build up at every highway onramps because all trafic... uses the left lane, rather than merging into the right lane and slowly working over to their preferred lane and using, well, all the lanes instead of purely one lane. This made freeways obsolete and I had to disable the mod. If there was a way to have regular cim AI with this mod, it would be perfect.

Teraz zrestartuj Steam, powinno ci ściągnąć tylko assety (sprawdź w menu gry i w folderze powyżej). Odpal grę bez modów (assety mogą być), zbuduj podstawowe miasto "testowe" aby mieć na czym testować problem. Do kilku tysięcy, tak żebyś miał wszystkie usługi miejskie z pojazdami.

Jak wszystko już masz to zasubskrybuj tylko TM:PE i sprawdź w nowej grze czy działa. Teraz pojedynczo dodawaj mody (subskrybując poza grą), sprawdzając po każdym aż znajdziesz ten problematyczny.

W niektórych przypadkach mody nie muszą nawet napisywać tego samego kodu żeby ze są konkurować. Zacząłbym od unsubu wszystkich modów jakie masz (możesz je najpierw dodać do listy ulubionych aby później łatwiej je wszystkie znaleźć na Workshopie). Następnie wykasuj cały folder Workshopu (nie gry, tylko mody i assety). Idź do:
C:\Users\*nazwa użytkownika*\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines
i wykasuj wszystko co ma coś wspólnego z modami (prawie zawsze jest to wszystko co nie jest innym folderem).

Artemis do you think something of these mods cause the problem? I have no mods with change vehicle, Service mechanics. Automated buldozer v2 not original. If i Will turn off all of all mods and unsubscribe them i have to once again delete and second download game or not? I have slow internet speed with my hotspot smartphone.

- Sub-Building enabler has been deprecated - it's functionality has been incorporated into the base game since (I believe) Natural Disasters update, theoretically it's still necessary for assets that were created using it, however these are assets are very old and mostly out of use today, a real need for it is highly unlikely
- Automatic Bulldoze is officially listed as abandonded and is known to regularly cause problems with other mods ever since the Green Cities update, it is highly recommended to unsubscribe and delete all of it's contents
- First-person Camera has been long abandoned and is listed by Workshop itself as "incompatible with the Cities: Skylines", it's successor - First Person Camera: Updated hasn't been updated in almost a year but AFAIK it is not known to cause problems
- Auto Line Color has been abandoned for almost 2 years, and even though it doesn't cause problems on its own, it might interfere as it touches the same code as many other mods

This is one of my favorite mod for CS, but i have very big problem with it. Garbage and hearse. They are not spawning and buildings all Time have status 0->1->0. I read comments in this site and i Did all instruction one of the users. Unfortinately it not sólve my problem. I delete all mods witch can be in conflict with TM. After this i deleted all folder cities-skylines in steamapps and download the game. All was OK but when i once again subscribed tm:pe problem with garbage and hearse come back. Later i unsubscribed tm and deleted file tm:pe config and this problem was solved. I dont know what can i do. I love this mod and i cant use them please help. My mods:
