Description
Small park for kids. Looks great in suburban areas. Features slides, swings, sandboxes and see-saws!

DETAILS:
Size: 4 x 4 units
Cost: $2,500
Upkeep: $24 per week

Area of affect is the same as standard parks (400).
Has a small electricity consumption: 16Kw
Also generates a small amount of garbage.

Yes the thumbnail has been bugging me too mate. Will be adding a custom thumbnails to all my assets this weekend (along with a couple of cool new items). I'll put a note up here but it'll automatically update

I downloaded this park to use in my game, but I noticed one little problem. It has the generic park picture in the park menu in the game.
Could you please update this?
Otherwise it looks like a nice little park to put in corners where other stuff won't fit.
