Shoutout to Steam User Iceman380 for giving me this nice idea! :)


This is a Highrise building that is still under construction!

In the Game it is to be found as a Park.
It doesnt have capabilities to have citizens inside (its not done yet guys!). but also doesnt use up much electricity , is not a big fire hazard and doesnt generate much waste in general.

The Happiness gains for the population are there but minimal, since there are only a few people that look forward to have a huge building blocking their windows :P


Model Stats:
2048 Texture
self made LoD
4368 Tris

I uploaded this one as a separate Building since the Tricount and Texture size is quite a bit higher.

Changes compared to the first version:

-changed steel color to grey as some people confused it with wood
-Added a crane on top!
-hole for Elevators in the middle now present
-added several objects on the ground to simulate a building site
-added a dirt floor including portable toilets so the poor workers can relieve themselves
