Description
This was released because of a promise I made in the discussion forum of
Realistic Population and Consumption Mod

I originally took from alien hybrid 1776 and modified for my own use.
The building is 8 x 6 tiles

Teaches 1500 children to the educated level.
Construction cost - 50,000
Upkeep cost - 640
Water usage - 800
Power usage - 2560
Garbage - 30

Employees - 15 uneducated, 15 educated, 75 well educated, 2 highly educated

It is pretty much a scaled vanilla version.

i couldnt understand what was saying ok for afterdark...

@SeaShepered06 - Functionally it'll still work, although there are no lights anywhere which I guess kind of works since there should be no schooling occuring at night.
Would you like lights added?

@BlueMasterMiner_ITA - Sorry about that. It didn't even click that I was multiplying from the other mod that I based this off instead from vanilla. Doesn't matter. It should be more realistic, leaving at 20 students per teacher which is below the average of OECD

only 45 teachers for 1500 students? The average ratio of teachers in OECD countries for primary and lower secondary schools is a teacher for 15 students http://www.oecd.org/edu/skills-beyond-school/48631144.pdf . I think you should double the number of all employees in this school. Thank you for your wonderful work.
