he only uploaded due to people asking him too, this was a personal map and he hit the road limit hard coded into the game.

I'm suspecting the author of this one set out to make a "challenge" game - "Fix all the problems in this game before your citizens die!" :) Roads that go nowhere, highways that are going the wrong direction in the middle, and for some reason, polluted water that I can't fix no matter how I try. Needs work before you can play it (and obviously, it's one for unlimited money).

Imagine the death wave this could generate... lol

I don't think Epic is a good enough word for this. Any suggestions?
