Beef's Sunglasses Shader

Tonemapping shader that activates when wearing sunglasses and other headwear.

Features:
- Replicates wearing sunglasses (doesn't just darken screen but crushes highs and tonemaps remaining brightness)
- Different eyewear have slightly different tints based on their (subjective) values
- Sensor lenses have two-tier built-in darkening mode that doesn't require extra power (it's magic)
- Reduces the chromatic aberration, blur, and distortion effects during solar storms
- BepInEx config settings

Supports items from Wikus' Simple Hats Mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3104400225)
Specifically the welding mask, welding goggles, the various sunglasses and visor. The safety glasses do not darken the screen

Sensor Lenses:
Sensor Lenses have a built-in sunglasses mode that doesn't interfere with scanning:
- Click the darken button to cycle: Off, Low, High
- Option to disable/keep enabled the darkening effect when sensor lenses are active
