Enhanced Citizens Redux

Description
Created by Bloocobalt, new stuff by Lt_Commander

The 'Enhanced Citizens Redux' is a modification of Bloocobalt's Enhanced Citizens that adds in a bunch of new faces and some new clothes, these models and textures were edited by Lt_Commander so that they don't replace any of Bloocobalt's models or textures, so feel free to use both model packs!

use override materials and create for urself, if you cannot try searching for textures online,or just search for another addon

CAN I USE SOME OF THE CASUAL CLOTHES TO PUT ONTO A MODEL OR TWO I INTEND TO PRT TO SFM/GMOD? I'LL GIVE YOU AND BLOODCOBAIT CREDIT...SHOULD I ASK HIS PERMISSION TOO? DID YOU NEED TO ASK HIM TO PORT THIS?

I don't know if it's just the image, but how can you change the hair color of the citizens?

Hey, awesome models. I was wondering if there's any way that you could make the shirts/pants paintable to different colors? If not, no worries.

this mod doesn't work. every time i subscribe, it says "all files downloaded from workshop" but the models don't show up. i've tried downloading this serveral times but it just won't work
