Added B-double configurations to SCS lowloaders.

- Lowloader 5 axle short with 2 axle jeep.
- Lowloader 5 axle long with 2 axle jeep.
* All version with elongated jeep for my SCS based 10x chassis

You can find plenty of other heavy haul trailers without the jeep
.... The new dlcs updates have a ♥♥♥♥ ton

Hey man, this mod was awesome! I have a question: how much would this mod cost me, but without the Jeep? I just want that configuration in long and short wheelbase with 5 steerable axles and two of those liftable axles.
