Changes the AWP's stats, making it more accurate and deal more damage per shot but has more dmg drop-off and smaller clip size:

"MaxSpread" "5" -> "15
"MaxMovementSpread" "3" -> "1"
"Damage" "115" -> "300"
"RangeModifier" "1.0" -> "0.69"
"CycleTime" "1.05" -> "0.42"
"clip_size" "20" -> "12"

Cycle time is too fast for the animation; the penetration is crazy for a bow.
