There is a gllitch when i open my computer, the music that was turned on before this session of using is still displaying on wallpaper even though i closed the app(chrome) that the music was playing on

does anyone know how to fix really low res images on the wallpaper?

I've looked around my pc, wallpaper engines, and the wallpaper's settings, and I haven't found anything.
