"NUI: Family Tree" is a mod that adds a UI to view the character's family tree.
This mod will help you find out the origin of your character or interesting clan.

A new interaction "Open Family Tree" has been added to character interactions.


In the family tree window, you can see the ancestors (great-great-grandparents) of the character up to 4 generations ago. It also shows their house or dynasty, primary title, year of birth and death.


You can even go further back in the family tree. When you place the cursor on the ancestor's portrait, a focus button appears, and by clicking it, you can see the family tree centered on that character.


In addition, you can return to the family tree you were looking at just before using "Previous Character" at the bottom left of the window, and return to the family tree of the character you were looking at first with "Anchor" at the bottom right.


You can compare the Family Trees of 2 characters side by side.
When opening a character's Family Tree, a "Comparison of Family Trees" appears in another character's interactions.


In "Family Trees Comparison", the Family Tree of the character being compared is displayed on the right.
When you hover the cursor over the portrait you are comparing, a pin button will appear, allowing you to pin up to 3 characters and quickly compare each family tree.

This mod does not make any changes to vanilla files. It is compatible with almost all mods.
