This is a full port of the classic mod Rome Total Realism: Platinum Edition for the original Rome Total War. This port stays true to the original - it's essentially a bugfixed and stable version of the original mod. Full credits to the original team for the wonderful mod. Thanks to ahowl11 for including his fixes for the edb/etc. and for porting the map, which had a LOT of issues. Are there any submods that add Britannia to the game? I get that this is a port of the original mod, which did not have Britannia, but still.

You need a Siege Engineer to advance some of the buildings but I cannot find how to create it. Is there a manual for this mod?

Hi, need help. When i try to start the game and RTR mod is activatet, the game start (shows the Remastered screen) and then just crashes... Can anybody help?

I was going to check out the rosters for this mod, until I got to the custom battle roster screen and I was somewhat appalled to see that the rosters were incredibly basic, like the vanilla rosters but with slightly changed names or whatever.

What is with people and trying to lock most of the units behind the stupid campaign?

I've been playing the mod for a while now and a few issues have arisen, which I noted in the RTWC Discord, RTRPER section, the main issue is:
- A hippodrome is required, when playing barbarian factions like Iberia or Gaul, before you can build a Hall of Heroes, however hippodromes are Large City infrastructure and barbarian settlements only have government buildings up to Minor City size, so it is impossible to build a Hall of Heroes.
