Berber Practiced Pirates

Description
This mod simply adds the Practiced Pirates cultural tradition to the al-Butr, Baranis, and Maghrebi cultures. I left out Zaghawa and Gaunche because it seems they did not have the same historical raiding culture, but if there is evidence of that I'll add the tradition to that culture as well.

Probably requires Northern Lords.

Updated for 1.18.1.1.

@Gilese581, just for you I tested it and it is compatible. Of course it will not add the tradition to any new cultures added

Exactly what I was looking for but is it compatible with Cultures Expanded?
