Description
Now compatible to Stellaris Version 3.12.5 and NHV 0724 Captain, make it so! - (170db7)
- some bigger gameplay changes
- It changes the default empire size base to 15,000
- Borg can now assimilate technology (have now own special technologys)
- Planet Buildings are increased
- nanite cache can build once per planet
- add army changes for borg that all armys can be build now
- Borg megastructures are now more flexible in placement

Have change the english description to full english now.
And yes it change some other techs too.
