this is only a building as asset, you can use like a prop doesnt work as residential ı tried a lot of times for residential but ıt doesnt work like this on the sea, but if u want to make on the beaches ı can do residential version too. and u must do some height at the first on the sea. it's will work like this and look better. just check it my pictures you will see how ı made it some heights for bungalow houses. enjoy it!

note; you can use for terrain fix "extra landspancing tool mod" and no need road connection for this building.
