try restarting Steam? It should be in the Styles section of your main menu as well as in the drop-down Style selector in-game. Perhaps the assets just have not loaded into your launcher yet. A Steam restart might do it. Or try "verify integrity of game files".

This works — cannot update it with new assets until Paradox fixes the missing Update button bug, but the Style works fine with the assets already included.

Any testimonials for 2023?

Try smaller sizes? This is mostly high density, I believe, it is meant to fill-in the section of your city between the downtown high rises and the single family home neighborhoods, so it is midrise condos and such. This collection does not contain many low density residential assets, but a few.

Low density residential buildings not growing. Subbed the entire collection.

For most that is the case, yes. Make them historical so they don't disappear.

You will need to use other sizes. The game prefers to spawn-in 4x4 assets, so if you just paint a large area then it may not grow a wide variety of assets, because there are only a handful of 4x4 assets in this Style (limited by what is on the Workshop). So, paint isolated areas of 2x4, 3x4 zoning and let those grow, then fill-in the spaces next to them with other 2x4 or 3x4 zones (or detail those empty areas as "yards").
