-first of all, he has WAY too many bone attacks. maybe changing things like his Dash Attack and FAir to non-bone moves would give more variety to his moveset.
-his BAir and UTilt's bones shouldn't slow down at the end of the attack. instead, they should keep going until they disappear.
-Sans' UStrong is a little overpowered. changing the attack to only 1 large bone should make it more balanced and easier to avoid.
-his FSpec isn't very distinguishable from his Strongs thus making it hard for the opponent to know what move Sans is doing next. the ! mark should be changed to a heart icon to solve this issue.
-this isn't the biggest issue, but maybe adding names to his skins would make it easier to understand the references?
