Description
Here is a mod i put together, it was originally done by Easy_Redbeard as a standalone RFB but i couldnt find it on the WorkShop so i edited it myself and tweaked it into my own spinoff of the RFB, instead of one there are two, an RFB and an RFB-L.

The RFB is a 7.62x51mm semi auto only with the ability to attach optics and has a 20 round magazine
the RFB-L is a 5.56x45mm semi auto only with the ability to attach optics and has a 30 round magazine and fits the theme of being a converted caliber rifle

the idea between these two are civilian themed rifles

so because i am really new at modding and havent been successful with making an ACE compatibility patch, im kinda giving up on this, that being said "Arma 3 Atlas - Opposing Forces" mod by 'Avery the Snepper' adds this as the RFL its the exact same concept as what i modded out of Easy Redbeards mod minus the 5.56 version and also includes a pair of SKS's and will be more likely to find an ACE Patch for that mod, plus the other mods from avery are pretty dope.

So I only tweaked the mod, the original creator was Easy_Redbeard, now there should be both a 5.56x45mm and a 7.62x51mm version

Very nice, I like your idea of using well made vanilla models and turn it to something that makes much more sense. I never really found using it as a weak underwater gun useful at all.

However, have you ever thought about magazine compatible with other 7.62x51 guns? I think that been able to use the ammo you can openly pickup ingame increases it usefulness further.

afraid not as i cant actually 3d model, all i did was mod a mod and upload it onto the workshop, however when i learn 3d modelling i will try to get one done
