Description
Changes the Starbase View UI for Intuitiverlyness

I hated the layout of the Starbase View so I changed it.

Tested on 1920x1080 only. UI scaling set to 1.3.

Please note the additional building slots, module types and changes to the Outliner are not provided by this mod.

No, intuitiverlyness is not a word.

COMPATIBILITY
Built against Stellaris v2.2.7
I don't care if it's ironpants/cheev compatible or not.
Mods interface/fstarbase_view.gui, so probably buggers up other UI mods. The authors of that can nab it if they want it.

I suppose thats a fair point, but if you have a few dozen hours under your belt you know what it takes to build something.

Frankly anything that makes the click, scroll, click business easier is way appreciated. Ever build 20 star bases at once? Thats like 500 bajillion mouse clicks and scrolls

I'm already testing it. It does. However, it's just going to result in a bunch of queries exactly like this: "What do I need to build X building on a starbase?" That's likely to get annoying very quickly.

nm There is a has_starbase_building condition, so if that works correctly in the potential clause, then it should be possible to remove rather than grey out buildings already constructed.

I believe the potential clause works differently with starbase buildings, and I don't recall if there's a has_starbase_building condition. I'll look into it.

Hey Alpha, I was actually going to write on the alphamod thread asking for something like this so, THANKS!

One question, is there any way to not show the unavailable items, like just filter them out? It's annoying to scroll through all the stuff to get to the one item you need at the bottom. The better UI scale helps tremendously though.
