Twilight Imperium (3.10.4)

Description
This mod consists of 21 prescripted empires based upon the Twilight Imperium game with some minor additions for flavor.

As information sources i used the 3rd and 4th editions of Twilight Imperium and the Embers of the Imperium roleplaying game. When the lore was unclear i went for diversity, spreading ethics, civics and habitability types amongst the empires.

The mod is playable without DLC, but most of the empires require at least one DLC. A detailed requirements list is posted in Discussions. There are fallback versions included so even without DLC you will always have all 21 TI empires.

Features:
- 21 prescripted empires based on Twilight Imperium. Choose one for yourself and set the AI empires slider up to 20 for a pure TI experience
- flavorful additions from the TI universe like unique civics, traits, origins, events and anomalies
- claim the Imperial Throne on Mecatol Rex and draw the ire of the other empires
- discover planets and surviving colonies from the Age of Dusk

Future plans:
- war goal and casus belli system for Mecatol Rex
- differentiate the Age of Dusk civilization from normal Primitives (unique contact events and diplomacy)
- more events, anomalies, relics and archaeology sites
- implement remaining empires from the new TI4 boardgame expansion as a midgame crisis
- content for the Galactic Community (forming Imperium after conquering Mecatol, forming the Council Keleres)

Compatibility notes:
This mod overwrites the following vanilla files/values and might not be compatible with other mods overwriting those same files/values:

That said this is designed to be a lightweight mod that you can mix-and-match with your favorite gameplay and AI mods.

I'm not sure how deeply I'll commit, but if you're interested I can give an update when/if I ever make any noteworthy progress :)

Hi P_Phoenix, there isn't much to look at besides what is in the mod itself. I had an experimental branch with the last thing i was working on, which was a conversion of the Clone Origin to fit the Yin Brotherhood but i didn't get very far with it.

I'd very much like to update this mod when i find the time and energy to do so. It is not working with the current Stellaris version at all.

has anyone done an updated version like this, or continued your work? I love the idea of TI in stellaris but this being 5 years old has me worried it will function at all

I've got to say i'm honored that someone would go back to an old Stellaris version just to play my super-outdated mod.
Anyway, that thing with the Argent Flight spawn is working as intended. They have got a size 25 starting planet with 2 broken planets (actually moons) just for the visuals to simulate their special in-lore homeworld.

I'm having an issue when playing as Argent Flight. When I launch a game to play as them, the additional two planets from their origin spawn in destroyed. I am playing on the game version the mod was most recently updated for. Am I doing something wrong on my end?

@ljonathan Sorry, no translations are planned. At the moment, i haven't even found the time to update the mod to the latest Stellaris version.
