Classification of Colossus Weapon

Colony Sweep
Also called as CS Type, Kill POPs(Don't have to kill all POP), but not assimilate or change Planet Class

Also called as AS Type, assimilate specific POPs and mostly take control of Planet

Mind Control
Also called as MC Type, changes mind of pops(Like ethic change, rebel, etc)

Also called as SB Type, interfere resource production or gives various bad modifier

Star Killer(Not yet implemented)
Also called as SK Type, causes system wide destruction

Weapons with this type`s effect is random, can not be determined, all type policies must on to use this weapon(Except SK Type)

Which contains new planet killers, new diplomacy for vanilla planet killers, removing of various complicated things and changed localisation

Because working for 31 planet killer's diplomatic effect, destruction, messages is very big update.
Also 3.0 is biggest update which is RC(Release Candicate) for First ApocEX release
This means I have to test more than previous update, more polishments to do

You might want to hold off on CGM support, that mod might not be updated after 2.2. At least that version will not be updated.
