Description
Strongly suggest not downloading this mod if your going to have a iroman run, since bugs tend to happen.

This mod will add Maps to completly change the look and feel of xcom missions

Whenever I get the viper cave map, I just powerup with the console and brute force the mission like a chore I want done ASAP. So many low cover pieces that can't be jumped over, forcing you to run 10, 20+ tiles out of your way when you would normally expect otherwise; windows that can't be jumped through causing the same issue; claymores not detonating (because they fall beneath the floor?), and so on. I don't recall if it's like that for the actual story mission, but with the viper cave in this pack, I have to uninstall.

I'll gladly switch over to the other pack I see mentioned below, but the viper cave in this is not only immersion-breaking and/or a big spoiler for those who care about that, but it's just not properly functional, sadly.

@Dragon32 Thanks for the tip. I"ll reinstall mod and try manually disabling unwanted maps.

@eclipsezr Are you referring to your newer map compilation? I think that was the one I had installed that showed the skull spikes and the scientist corpses from the ruler cave. This map showed up in my second militia rescue for this campaign, and it just broke immersion for me completely.

I uninstalled as soon as I finished the mission :/

So are there any of your map mods that you don't recommend using with any of yours or any of the other map packs out there???

@neIVIesis My other map mod eliminates anything snake ruler related and add normal cave parcels.This map mod was a small project compared to the one i released.

I wish we could disable some maps. For example, you are using the cave from the snake ruler as a regular map. This to me is ruins the entire map pack because first of all, it spoils the surprise as this map can show up early game, and because it clearly does not match ANY mission setting other than the ruler's lair for which it was designed by FIRAXIS.

I uninstalled after having a militia rescue mission in this cave and having to see all the spike skulls on fire...it spoils the mood and any suspension of disbelief.

I had a retaliation mission on the shanty map with all the islands attached by bridges, and it was simply unwinnable. Absolutely brutal. I haven't notices any other maps in my latest playthrough to give feedback on.
