Description
British Post Boxes and Telephone Box, as street waypoints and free placeable assets.
Available: Various, first from 1870

Post Box (Penfold): 1870 - 1900
Post Box (Pillar): 1900 onwards
Post Box (Lamp Box): 1952 onwards
Telephone Box: 1935 onwards

When placed as waypoints, they are hopefully positioned so pedestrians don't walk through them, but you know what they're like.

This looks quite good, but did you really not include a blue police box?

Great idea and nice, perfect for my UK routes, just to clean

I can only recommend the dirt/rust function. Seeing as you already know the cblend function, the dirt/rust is hardly any different, but can add a wonderful layer of realism. So yeah, that would be great for your locos and coaches, but not a "must". (Though I sure had a blast mucking up my ÖBB 2050!)

@Toby.Frenchy - Cars is a 'no' from me, I'm afraid.
@YstlDystl - I'll be interested to see that when it comes.
I've only had a few idea on stations and haven't looked into what it involves. So I doubt I'll be doing one anytime soon. I've got some minor updates to do on various mods and then plan to do a BR version of the Star and experiment with aging (dirt/rust) properly (people have requested aging at various times).

Nicely done. I like the idea of also serving a functional purpose as a way point. Smart thinking.

Have you considered doing some cars- could be good to have some classic british cars like moris minors going around- just a suggestion. Also what have you got planned next?

I know I've mentioend it in the past: would be great if you could come up with some GWR stations :D !!!

As per usual, great work!

These are really nice for some extra flavour! Though you might want to consider applying an edge split modifier to the larger pillar post box, it would help smooth those polys.
Also, although perhaps not GWR, I am currently building the station Horton-in-Ribblesdale. At the current production speed, it's set to release around Easter. Updates will be posted on transportfever.net

well pal goodluck and yeah id go with the curves and passing lanes plus there was a mod on here that allowed s bend stations might be worth looking at as i use it and well it makes for some use when you get them odd shaped cities

@Bocaan - I've had a few thoughts about stations, but it's not very far up the list at moment. If did do one ideally it should incorporate the advances of other stations mods, e.g. curved & extra tracks.
@wonderboydd - The building in the picture is just the lower part of the standard depot.
