Description
2.0.1 Mod is now standalone and no longer edits the base traits

Adds the Psionic species trait when creating an Empire. Currently weighted at 0 and cannot spawn randomly, only to created empires. This is mainly for getting a head start into your psionic ascention traditions or spiritualist runs. Because your species will be marked as psionic, you will gain heavier rolling towards psionic technologieses, especially if you have a leader who is also maniac. You cannot genetically modify yourself mid-game unless you use the ascentions.

To get psionic tech you need to have Maniacal scientist in society research

So I selected Psionic at start and many years in I get zero research for any Psionics at all. Just unlucky?

Would it be possible to change the version number to 2.0.x or 2.0.* so it is recogniced by the launcher as a fully updated mod? Thanks for the mod.

Fair enough, used to work fine in multiplayer, what about having to repick the trait every time you restart the game, my friends who use this mod as well have this same issue.

Just to be clear this having to repick issue is single player as well.
