Maize Mexican Grill (Champaign)

Founded in 2011, Maize Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant that brings authentic Mexican cuisine to Champaign, Illinois. Its location just off the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign positions it well to be a favorite among college students.

You do not need Ploppable RICO to use this asset.
Since this asset is a rather standard-looking 2x2 low-density commercial buildling, I have uploaded it as a vanilla growable as not everyone is interested in installing mods. However, I strongly encourage using it with the Ploppable RICO mod so that its location can be determined by the player while still functioning as a commercial building.
