How do we use variables in Display Message ?
I'd like to display "You have 22 walls"
possibly using "You have @WallCount walls" or some other variable reference,
where @WallCount is the variable WallCount.

or "You have @Count(WoodWall) walls in your colony"

Hi! We will think about it for a future update. The syntax should be deterministic as in your example could be lots of words of normal texts conflicting with system symbols, variables and functions.
Perhaps something like enclosing the code with {}:
"You have {Count(WoodWall)} walls."

Yes, which is why I used @ , but your example is better because I could do "There are {count(WoodWalls) + count(StoneWalls)} walls"

One of your examples in the guide used @VariableName, which does not do anything. It s confusing. It might have been in the editor help screen, be instead of the guide. I update here if I can find it again.

Also if we could have access to the built in icons, that would be useful. More variables names to access icons and sounds
