Talk to SEGA and ask them to submit the games to greenlight. Nothing will be done by you posting here.

now you've found the right forum, your next step is simply to buy SEGA, then you can bring their games to steam.

Or you can write a letter to SEGA.

Of course we could, as you don't seem willing, I'll put it on my to-do list.
I bet they'll be really excited to find out about the existence of Steam, and that somebody wants them to invest a couple of billion in porting old games, rather than all that "Making new stuff" they keep getting bogged down in.

Just out of interest - how are you seeing your 'make a long list of Sega games' strategy actually managing to bring any games you mention to Steam?

Those are ideas I have.

Does anyone have ideas for any Future SEGA games that would be on the Steam Greenlight?
Yuga-Suggah 26 MAR 2013 a las 16:37
While I really like these games, I do have to argee that this list is much better suited to the Sega forums. Basically, a lot of these games have to be remade or reformated to current PC specs. Even an HD port takes time and money that Sega may or may not have at the time. The second problem is that Steam/Valve does not make games for other companies nor do they pitch ideas to other game companies. It really unlikely for a request to be heard here. The best places to pitch ideas is at a location where the original developers are frequentely located. Mostly at a Sega forum, but there could be better locations.

On a Sega forum, who knows? Maybe a game dev frequents a Sega forum and might take a liking to the list. Besides, even if none of those games get released, you might get a much more interesting converstation out of a Sega forum user over the Greenlight crew.

But if you want a Sega game idea, I wouldn't mind any of Like A Dragon/Yakuza games on the PC.

Post your comments about future SEGA PC Games on Steam here if you have any questions.
Skoardy 29 MAR 2013 a las 15:24
Oh, this is where I remember you from - you don't really care about getting games on Steam, you just want to start threads for attention.
VolnuttHeroP64 30 MAR 2013 a las 19:30
Here's an Idea. Let's have SEGA bring Shadow the Hedgehog to the PC! Dispite all the Poor feedback for that game, it's still AWESOME! [Pulls out a G.U.N. MP5 Submachine Gun & loads it as seen in the Opening FMV from the Gamecube, Xbox & PS2 Versions] LET'S... GET... MOVING!!!

Go on then. Get moving! Do something other than just pointlessly trying to keep this thread alive.

I'm keen to see if your next post will be to report on the results of whatever actions you've taken or whether it'll just be another 'ra-ra-ra' piece of fluff.

It would be nice to see OutRun 2K6 on Steam.
