Fixing the "Fortify Pickpocket" bug
I made my own mod to try to fix the chance values and the fortify bug, changing the fPickPocketMaxChance to 100 and fPickPocketMaxChance to 1, and the fortify bug didn't seem to occur after that. I haven't really tested it independently of the other mods I am using, but I found that result interesting. I'm wondering if that works for anyone else.

NOTE: I am not using the unofficial Skyrim Patch.

I'm honestly beginning to think that Unofficial Skyrim Patch is now out dated. I ran two computers doing pretty much (as is possible) the exact same things in the game. One with the Patch and one without ... I actually had MORE bugs and things not working in the Unofficial Patched game ... Ya, I had more bugs. The one's I encountered w/the game NOT using the Patch - had small issues ... but those were Mod related and such.
