Copyright applies to many more situations than just selling copyrighted material.
Basically - one is giving away for free what X Company uses to make their living. I have to agree with Adura .. the post does not understand Copy-Right Laws.
The only alternative left is for you to make them yourself. That way they will be exactly up to the standards you want them to be.
I would seriously ask your lawyers to re-check that. That is not even remotely correct.
