Rexaura has been greenlit for almost a month, and I haven't given an update since then. Sorry about that. I have been working on it, but there are a few big issues remaining.

Achievements
I can potentially add achievements, but this will conflict with my current implementation of "pellet immunity". Right now the pellet immunity requires that the player be noclipped for a fraction of a second which requires cheats to be enabled. This means that achievements will not work in that game session. Unless I can find a better way to make the player invulnerable to energy pellets, I will need to decide on one or the other. Right now I'm leaning towards keeping pellet immunity since it functionally improves the gameplay. If you had to choose one or the other which would you prefer?

Translations
Right now Rexaura has subtitles in English, Spanish, Russian, Italian, and Simplified Chinese with a Brazilian Portuguese translation in progress. I would like to add French and German at least before launch. I’m hoping to onboard the mod with Steam’s translation servers making this process faster and have better quality translations for any future added text or languages.

Rebuild AIN Bug
An interesting part of the transition from source mod to steam pipe is the "feature" that all files have their timestamp reset on download. This interferes with the engine's ability to recognize AIN files and adds an ugly message at the beginning of each level ("Node graph out of date. Rebuilding"). I have a potential fix that touches each cache file on start (<map name>.ain), but I still need to test this. It will also be functionally different on each platform, so I will need to develop and test each of those.

I still don't have a solid release date for the Steam version, and at this point it seems very unlikely that I'll be able to release this month. Stay tuned for future updates. I'll try to post them more frequently. Thanks for your patience.

With the elevator doors able to show challenge results, the cheats hack for "pellet immunity" could be annoying for the competetive players. Everyone knows that "the Aperture Science High Energy Pellet... can and has caused permanent disabilities, such as vaporization". I would prefer that the Enrichment Center be consistent with their approach to safety.

Well, I can wait. I really liked the game and the people that want to play can just download on modb

otherwise some new features like achievments will require a lot of time, I understand the time is taking for releasing the mod.

But thank mevious for your hard work on the mod!

I would rather choose achievements, because high energy pellets aren't much of a problem to me. But you can still add pellet immunity if you want.

Pellet imunity, you mean that the pellet doesn't hurt/kill the player?
I don't really like this Idea, ist always was a part of the energypellet, that it can hurt you, when you play careless and don't watch out for it. I think you should keep that, in some HEP maps it is even part of the gameplay (don'r sure anymore if that is in you mod, too, but for example Testchamber 17 in the original Portal) and it wouldn't make logical sense, why it hurts Chell but not the testsubjekt in your Game.

I would prefer Achivements anyway, cause Achivements are awesome, but that where my thoughts abou it ;)

The pellet workaround seems really hacky and honestly unless you can find a better way to make it work I think it would be better to just go without it.

Pellets killing you is not much of a problem. its not happening too often.
