Anarchy Arcade
Anarchy Arcade Kickstarter TODAY!
March 5, 2014 - SM Sith Lord

My name's Elijah and I have a LOT to tell you about my Greenlit game, Anarchy Arcade because Anarchy Arcade is unlike anything you've ever seen. It's not JUST a program. And it's not JUST a game.

Anarchy Arcade is a functional and immersive entertainment experience that you can share with your friends, even if they don't have a computer. It uses your actual favorite games & movies that you really play as the primary focus of the game. And it combines this with a living, 3D representation of your Steam profile and gaming career.

Today the Kickstarter fundraising campaign goes LIVE! Whether this is the first time you've heard of Anarchy Arcade, or if you've been following it for a while, please head on over to the Kickstarter page and have a look at what it's all about.

With YOUR help, Anarchy Arcade can be completed and released on Steam for EVERYBODY to enjoy! Thanks for your support!

I think that sounds fair :)

Thanks for the feedback guys. The entry teir on the Kickstarter has been lowered to $15 and now incudes the full version of Anarchy Arcade on Steam when it's released, sort of like a pre-order.

However, this entry level teir does not include Steam Early Access to the BETA. This is mostly because when Steam Early Access does arrive it is going to be released iteratively to test specific portions of Anarchy Arcade at a time. I want people to know that they are buying into more than just the finished product. When you buy into Early Access, you are becoming part of the development process.

I really think you need a $15 pricing point for a successful game Kickstarter (just a basic 15 bucks, buy the game kind of deal). Please consider it early. Most people only look at a kickstarter once.

I might not be able to help the kickstarter, but I support this game/thing Full Force! (and i definitely would put at least a few $ in if i werent broke)

On the Kickstarter page, it talks about brining in additional artists to get the work done. However, since it is a sandbox-style game a small team is all that is needed to get it done.

The Kickstarter is about raising funds to make the game happen. The retail price will be lower when the final verison is ready. You get access to special content that's exclusive to Kickstarter backers for pledging, as well as early access to the beta if you wish.

I think a lower entry point would be an idea. Also, is it still going to be a one-man project (apart from the designers)? If so, is that reasonable?
Me, I think I'll sit on the fence a little while longer.
