What's going on with GAR?
October 13, 2013 - Astral Projection

We are currently re-doing the UI completely. After the UI overhaul and a few other upgrades the game will go public on Steam. Then what? Here's the plan.

- GAR will be changed over to a voxel-based rendering engine with more RPG elements added and planetary landing
- a new single player / coop campaign will be included with the new engine
- the editor will be included so players can design their own galaxies, systems, NPCs, missions, ships, stations, enemies, etc. and share them with everyone

On a side note XNA, the Microsoft API on which the game was built, is pretty much dead. MS killed it a lot of people are unhappy about it. Thus, we will likely change over to MonoGame to preserve as much source code as possible.

so still nothing whats going on guys maybe a little update or something when is it officialy on steam
i arleady have it but i want the updated version so i can play against difficult enemys and such but still LOVE THE GAME
