If you're using NVidia 3D Vision on Windows, you are probably out of luck for now. NVidia 3D vision supports Direct3D (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nvidia_3D_Vision) but Retrobooster is an OpenGL game.
That's a little sad because I have a Sharp RD3D laptop from 2004 with an NVidia driver that does the same stereo trick with OpenGL programs. Maybe Sharp had to modify the NVidia driver themselves or something.
At first I thought it was because the game run in window mode instead of real full screen mode, and it could be that but for now I tried to enable 3D all the time to see what would happen but it didn't work. Can you add a full screen mode (not windowed full screen)?
Regards

Glad also to see Solar Jetman mentioned here. This game is practically an instant purchase for me. Having been disappointed recently by some recent games like Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet and Ring Runner, I was a little hesitant, but the rule is if you say Solar Jetman you get my money.
