so i was playing, and then realized prewar america came back, and it had some pretty powerful units

The factions were very well thought out, however the tech tree and available technology needs to be actually Fallout tech. Also the world should have the obvious results of a global nuclear war.

I have not done anything to this mod in a long time. i made this mod because they did not have a fallout mod and i personaly love fallout. But i promise to finish this mod fully.
