@ElBoyerXD The first l4d2_background01 isn't replacing the main intro scene for the game. Is there something I'm missing or do I need to get ride of all the files first before putting the new l4d2_background01 in?

@苹果柚子的梨 the file you want is in the workshop section under "929843005." To get to it follow this path instead [C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop\929843005 and then open the folder using GCFscape. Once there open the media section of the menu and drag & drop the file named l4d2_background01 to your desktop, then move it into the media section that ElBoyerXD lists above and agree to replace the file with its corresponding name. Continue following ElBoyerXD's steps and then you're done.
