Love the macuahuitl influence - historically, these weapons were devastating and sharp (rumored to be able to decapitate a horse in one blow), but got dull very quickly (after the first few strikes)

I'd be interested to see this weapon in the game with a mechanic that causes it to do a lot of initial damage, only for it to lessen unless you wait for recharge. Or something along those lines idk. I don't know balance, so this is just a cool idea imo.

It would be a shame if the Scout didn't get this weapon as well.

Well to be fair it does fit the Sniper, however considering that it is a bat it would be extremely fitting to apply the weapon to the Scout class as well!

I like it for the same reason I like the powerjack. The true blue king made a good point, reflecting some projectiles on hit makes some sense, but then again, its heavier with the blades. Honestly I think it should have wider range, slower hits, and swing from left to right, being double sided. It should cause no damage, but heavy bleeding. Those are just the literal pros and cons I can imagine.

Could be good for tennis games, or snipers who are being harassed by pyros, soilders, or demos. Can even bat away baseballs!

One thing I have in mind when I see this, though, is that it could easily just be covered in Barbed Wire and used as a differently skinned Tribalman's Shiv.

how about somehtinf like a sandman but its a cricket balll that dose around 75 dps but u only get 1 shot and no rechage and -75% dps and u lose it tell respwan when if lit on fire
