@Equackski you need snowfall, otherwise there won't be any snow on the map. The rest is optional. If you look at he last picture, you can see a highway at the merge of the two rivers, there is the starting tile.

I'm a bit clueless....will this work without Snowfall, the winter theme, and the 81 tiles mod? (where exactly on the map is the starting tile?)
